Returns, Exchanges, Repairs, and Refund Policies

RETURNS

If you are not absolutely smitten with your purchase, please feel free to ship it back to us within 3 days of the order’s delivery date. The jewelry must be returned unworn, in pristine condition, in its original gift packaging, and with any GWP items. Please include your order number with the item. Upon receiving the returned item, a full refund will be issued as long as all requests are met, minus all shipping charges. We strongly recommend shipping back your returns in a trackable package. Eligible returns will be refunded within 2-3 days of receiving to the original payment method used. Customized jewelry items involving specific gemstone selection and commissioned pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. 

EXCHANGES 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or piece of jewelry, a store credit will be issued to you once your return is received and processed. Please feel free to ship it back to us within 10 days of the order’s delivery date. (Christmas gift exchanges may be made through a postmark of December 30, 2021.) The jewelry must be returned unworn, in pristine condition, in its original gift packaging, and with any GWP items. Please include your order number with the item returned. The store credit can then be used to purchase a new item or the correct size. The store credit will not expire and can be used at your convenience. We are not responsible for any of the shipping costs involved in the exchange process. Customized jewelry items that involve stamping personal words/expressions/names cannot be returned or exchanged. Customized jewelry items involving specific gemstone selection and commissioned pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. 

CANCELLATIONS

Custom orders and commissioned pieces must be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase date.

 

REPAIRS 

Our jewelry is handcrafted, and as with any product that is worn over time, there will be natural wear and tear.  Please feel free to contact us via email with your repair request.  Pricing will be dependent upon the type of repair required.
